With over 15 years of experience in the fintech and compliance industry, she has held key roles at Intuit India and KDK, where she built lasting client relationships and spearheaded retention strategies. At KDK, she oversees operations with a customer-first mindset, ensuring that innovation is always aligned with user needs. Richa holds an MBA in Human Resources and a B.Sc. in Biology, a combination that reflects her unique ability to blend people skills with strategic vision.
Madhur leads KDK’s technology vision, building cloud-first SaaS products that power tax compliance for thousands of professionals nationwide. With expertise spanning full-stack development, databases, and system architecture, he is both a strategist and a hands-on technologist. An alumnus of IIT Delhi and the University of Alberta, Madhur has also co-authored open-source simulation software and developed complex engineering solutions. At KDK, he is passionate about solving real-world problems with technology, ensuring every product is built for reliability, scalability, and innovation.
